Hi, I'm Madelaine Golec, pelvic floor physiotherapist and creator of The Bladder Rewire Method. For over 10 years I've helped hundreds of people just like you to overcome Bladder challenges. Along with my physiotherapy practice, I've trained in Somatic Experiencing Trauma Therapy and Pain Reprocessing Therapy, which has given me a unique perspective on how the nervous system impacts body systems and symptoms. This program is the result of blending physiotherapy concepts and exercises with brain-based strategies to create lasting changes.
